A MIDLAND grandma has undergone an astonishing transformation after losing more than half her body weight.
Claire Pritchett shared dramatic before-and-after photos after shedding more than 15 stone - 221lbs - thanks to a strict diet and relentless exercise.
The 53-year-old, from Tamworth, transformed her life over a five-year period but the dramatic weight loss came with its downsides.
The weight loss has left Claire with folds of loose skin that affect her mobility, comfort and confidence, serving as a daily reminder of the body she left behind.
