BLACK Country author Angela Marsons has signed a new eight-book deal for her bestselling crime series.
The former security manager at Merry Hill published thriller Silent Scream - the first instalment of the Kim Stone series - a decade ago, and it sold six million copies worldwide.
Angela, who grew up in Cradley Heath and lived in Quarry Bank, has seen her books translated into 32 different languages and the TV rights for the series optioned by the BBC.
She has earned a legion of fans through the books, which follow the prickly DI Stone and her team.
