At the table What a mercurial, bewildering change of course
Though plagued by doubt as much as anyone — more? Less? Oh god, now I'm not sure — I tend to think none of us are ever-fixèd marks, bound to the same mistakes and impotent to change. Who we are and what we do might vary with the weather, or a few pints. A capricious bent is nothing to be ashamed of.

Discover the Vipava Valley and Karst Plateau
The Vipava Valley in Slovenia opens onto the Gorizia plain in the west, and beyond that into the Italian region of Friuli. Both this valley and the Karst Plateau above the Gulf of Trieste are well known for their Mediterranean scenery, reminiscent of Tuscany. The high plateau, which was the source of the geological term 'karst', surrounds the Vipava Valley, making for an extremely picturesque landscape.

You really shouldn't miss...
On her latest record, the Welsh producer has transcended the dark fuzziness of her past records in favour of a kind of euphoric dance pop. Expect her to fill Troxy with a kind of otherworldly, glittering trance music. It is ethereal, trading in hypnotic single vocal lines repeated again and again in place of big, hooky choruses. Music that feels like floating in a sea, under sunshine.
