Lawrence ready for All Black challenge

OLLIE Lawrence revealed England’s current tour of Japan and New Zealand is the perfect tonic for his Premiership hangover.
The Bath centre had a few quiet drinks with his team-mates the day after their 25-21 final defeat to Northampton on June 8 before heading into England camp that Monday.
There he bumped into seven Saints, nursing bigger headaches than his own, before the Steve Borthwick’s team flew to Tokyo on the Wednesday.
Now they head to New Zealand tomorrow for two Tests against the All Blacks in Dunedin and Auckland and Lawrence is over his final woes.
Lawrence, who was spared any gloating by his friends at Franklin’s Gardens, has got his head down on the trip so far and the fog is clearing.
The 24-year-old said: “I got out of Bath and threw myself in with England. It is a bit of a distraction and parks that thing.
