In the quaint town of Bicholim, amidst the lush greenery of Goa, a young talent emerged, destined to make waves in the world of cricket. Deepraj Devidas Gaonkar, a 25-year-old cricketer, shares his remarkable journey from the narrow lanes of Bicholim to the competitive grounds of professional cricket.

Early Days and Schooling

Deepraj's story begins in Carapur Sanquelim, where he was born to proud parents, Devidas Atmaram Gaonkar and Deepika Devidas Gaonkar. With two elder sisters, Pallavi and Kiran, Deepraj's family laid the foundation for his ambitions. The Gaonkar family relocated to Bicholim during Deepraj's 5th standard, where he grew up and pursued his education at Shri Shantadurga High School.
