Hosted at Food Exchange, the hotel's all-day dining destination, the event runs from 14th to 23rd August and culminates with a Royal Mysore Brunch Feast on 24th August. Crafted in collaboration with Chef Narsimha of Grand Mercure Mysore, the event is not just a culinary promotion—it's a regional showcase of storytelling through spice, tradition, and taste.
