With the 1970s firmly lodged in the interior design world's collective imagination, it seems only fitting to look back on a piece inspired by the spirit of the decade. The Ginza sofa from Calligaris is one such design, conceived in 2022 as a homage to the shapes of the 1970s but with a very contemporary bent. So what is it that makes this such an instant classic?
