1. SAVANNAH MILLER, FASHION DESIGNER
'I like to create a really beautiful table by using what's in season. In colder months, I love gathering conkers and berries and arranging them down the centre of the table, interspersed with candles of various heights. I find there's always something that you can gather from outside and the more you let your creativity run wild, the better. Sometimes it can be as simple as tying a sprig of herbs around a napkin to add fragrance and natural beauty to your table setting.' savannahmiller.com
2. LUCY WILLIAMS, CREATIVE CONSULTANT'I think one good tip is “less is more”, but with a good pinch of generosity. For example, piles of clementines in a bowl, lots of simple candles, stacks of steaming cocktail sausages: the simplest things can feel decadent when you offer more of them. I prefer to do a few things well rather than go overly complex. In this spirit, I always have lots of ice buckets for bigger gatherings so guests can grab what drink they like rather than me having to rush around topping everyone up. They look great and make life easier at the same time.' @lucywilliams02
