The 53-year-old model and mum of two was seen shedding a tear as Sarah, who had been with the company for 26 years and famously created the gown worn by the then Kate Middleton in 2011 to marry Prince William, took her final bow on the McQueen runway.

Hollywood stars Cate Blanchett and Elle Fanning were among the famous fans who bagged front-row seats at the show.
