ARCELORMITTAL NIPPON STEEL INDIA (AM/NS India) has initiated first-of-its-kind work-integrated programs in Steel Technology and Green and Renewable Energy for employees to develop in-house talent to lead in the industry regarding changing technology dynamics. These programs aim to nurture and develop in-house talent, empowering employees to navigate the ever-changing dynamics of technology in the industry.

By combining academic learning with practical work experience, the company recognizes the critical importance of equipping its workforce with a comprehensive understanding of steel technology's technical and practical aspects and green and renewable energy. This strategic initiative enhances the company’s competitive edge and ensures its long-term sustainability in a rapidly evolving market.
