"Luxury is about exceeding expectations and making guests feel truly valued"

A luminary alumnus of IIM-Lucknow and the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development, Abhishek Sahai has traversed an exceptional trajectory in business administration, operations, and asset management. With an astute focus on finance, sales, HR and training, he has garnered mastery across multiple sectors, including luxury hospitality and real estate.

Sahai's global outlook and multifarious experience stem from his extensive tenures with eminent establishments such as Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels, The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, The Leela, DLF, and GOCO Hospitality Thailand.

What triggered your interest in the hospitality industry?

Hospitality has been my calling. Raised with 'Atithi Devo Bhava' values, I prioritize exceptional guest experiences. Seeing luxury hotels in action only fuelled this passion. The amazing buildings, beautiful interiors, and incredible attention to detail - it was all so inspiring. It made me realize I wanted to be part of something bigger, creating those unforgettable moments for guests.

The opportunity to curate bespoke experiences is what truly excites me about the hospitality industry, particularly within the luxury segment. Imagine crafting a symphony of impeccable service, world-class amenities, and an unforgettable ambience that caters to every guest's desire for indulgence and comfort...
