Ayodhya Airport set to soar with November launch

The ambitious Ayodhya Airport project, known as the Maryada Purushottam Shriram International Airport, is currently progressing at an accelerated pace, to provide enhanced facilities for devotees and travellers shortly.

Media reports have quoted District Magistrate Nitish Kumar as saying that the comprehensive development of the airport is planned in three distinct phases. Remarkably, the acquisition of the entire 821-acre land required for the project has been completed, marking a significant milestone.
In the first phase of the project, the runway construction has been completed in its entirety, including essential facilities like CAT-1 and RESA for night landings and operations in foggy conditions. Furthermore, the construction of the Air Traffic Control (ATC) tower is also 100 percent complete, ensuring the seamless operation of the airport.
