Minnie Bhatt, principal designer of Minnie Bhatt Design, delivers a vibrant, young, quirky and fluid office space for a media firm
-
With an aim to create a vibrant, young, quirky and fluid office space, designer Minnie Bhatt and her team were handed over a 3000 sq.ft. site that had a small terrace attached to the office and with glazing on all side, which flooded the space with natural light.
As per the clients’ brief, the design team divided the space into two zones - one being the work area and the other a breakout zone. This office functions with flexible work hours and hence there was a lot of emphasis given to making the space energetic and yet warm and inviting.
With this brief in mind, the reception area was designed to give an informal yet inviting vibe. The design team used the company logo as a design element by creating it as a bench in metal. The backdrop to this was created with wooden planters set into a metal grid.
