Real estate major DLF, through its rental arm DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd (DCCDL), is set to invest approximately ₹6,000 crore to develop 7.5 million square feet of premium office and retail spaces in Gurugram.
-
This move is aimed at capitalizing on the growing demand for high-quality, sustainable commercial real estate.
DCCDL, a joint venture between DLF and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC, with DLF holding a 67% stake, has commenced construction on a significant portion of this development. According to DLF’s Q3 FY25 investor presentation, work is underway on 5.5 million sq ft of Grade A+ office space as part of the new phase of its marquee commercial project, DLF Downtown, Gurugram. In addition, construction has begun on DLF Mall of India, Gurugram, which will span 2 million sq ft. The company has already completed 3.7 million sq ft of commercial space in earlier phases.
