Visit Qatar's marketing strategy is anchored on delivering relevant content, leveraging data-driven decision-making, and maintaining a consistent global brand presence. Artificial intelligence plays a pivotal role, providing real-time insights into traveller behaviour and enabling agile adaptation to emerging trends. In 2025, this approach earned us four SMARTIES MENA Awards, including Gold for Innovative Use of Al in Advertising. In addition, our GenAl-powered Trip Concierge, developed with Microsoft Azure and OpenAl, offers hyper-personalised itineraries in over 50 languages, integrating text, voice, maps, and interactive planning. Strategic partnerships, such as our MoU with Huawei, further enhance Al-driven targeting across our key markets. These initiatives enable us to anticipate traveller preferences, optimise campaigns, and deliver tailored experiences, setting new benchmarks for digital innovation in tourism.
