Some seeks short messages, some seek graphs, some prefer technical explanations and some prefer simplified communications.

For this article, Rohini Kute, Head of Group Corporate Communications, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL), shared about internal communications, while Preeti Irani, Head - Marketing at Neo AMC and Siddharth Singh, Head - Products and Passive Business at Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund (BBPMF) shared about external communications.
