Hyundai has sold a staggering nine million vehicles in India
Hyundai Motor India has achieved a remarkable milestone in our country since its inception in 1996, that of nine million (90 lakh) domestic sales. When we include the export sales that number jumps up to 12.7 million—more than Mumbai's poulation. HMIL also hit a total monthly sales number of 60,774 units in May 2025, consisting of domestic sales of 44,374 units and export sales of 16,400 units.
