When ShawX Manufacturing first unveiled the EjectX body at the 2018 Diesel Dirt & Turf Expo, it represented a breakthrough in truck body design. Now the newly released GEN3 EjectX is raising the bar once again, offering unprecedented improvements in safety, performance, and technology.

The next step in trucking innovation

The GEN3 EjectX truck body is a whole new way to move materials.

Unlike traditional tipping bodies or walking floors that rely on gravity to unload, the EjectX uses a hydraulic ram and plough mechanism to push the materials out in a controlled manner, through the rear tailgate, which automatically lifts as the material is ejected.

This fixed horizontal design ensures that the EjectX body never tilts, offering a safer, more controlled unloading process in even the tightest of spaces.

The design of the EjectX addresses key safety concerns in the industry. By eliminating the tipping motion, which can be hazardous when working in uneven terrain or close proximity to overhead obstructions, the EjectX minimises risk and maximises site safety.

The low centre of gravity of the body also ensures that stability is maintained during unloading and travel, further enhancing overall safety.

Performance that speaks for itself

Performance is at the heart of the GEN3 EjectX, and it’s clear that ShawX has thought of everything to keep this system at the top of its class.

One of the standout features is the clean-out capability. As the plough pushes material along the body, a scraper ensures that the body is wiped clean of all material, preventing carry-back and reducing the need for post-job clean-ups. For operators looking to save time, this feature alone makes the EjectX a game-changer.
