The Ford Ranger Raptor, back for its second year on our 10Best list, could fall into that camp, with its boisterous 405-hp twin-turbo V-6 and throw-anything-at-it suspension, combined with a plethora of modes that can quickly shift the vibe from business casual to stadium streaker.
