For almost three decades, the Duchess of Cornwall has coolly and calmly kept her mouth shut despite being harangued by cruel critics ever since it was revealed she was the third person in Prince Charles’ marriage to Princess Diana.

Now, after being married to the future king for almost 16 of those years, Camilla, 73, feels it’s high time she told her side of the story.

US magazine In Touch Weekly reports that, with her 72-year old husband’s blessing, Camilla is planning to write a tell-all book – one that will no doubt feature her allegations of what really went on when Charles was cheating on Diana with her.

Woman’s Day understands that Charles is “supportive” of Camilla’s plan to put pen to paper, after years of “feeling like she was unfairly demonised” over the breakdown of his first marriage.
