With the next generation of iPhones right around the corner, rumors are flying about what we will and won’t see in this upcoming batch. This September, we’ll likely see the unveiling of new iPhone 14 models, and here’s what the rumors say we should expect from them.

GOODBYE TO THE MINI, HELLO TO THE MAX

Leading the rumor pack is the belief that the iPhone mini’s brief reign is coming to an end. We can still expect to get four new iPhone models in 2022, but low sales will likely replace the mini with an alternative. Instead, we may see a new model of iPhone debut: the iPhone 14 Max. The Max will be a bigger version of the entry-level iPhone 14, said to come with a 6.7-inch screen, compared to the standard 6.1-inch display of the iPhone 14. The iPhone 14 Pro is likely to stick with a 6.1-inch display as well, with the Pro Max clocking in at 6.7 inches. We can expect the complete lineup to comprise the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
