Yes, you should exercise during pregnancy, but for the next nine months, there are some exercises that you should avoid.
If you’re an exercise fanatic, pregnancy can feel like a huge roadblock in your way. However, there really is no need for you to stop exercising completely just because you’re pregnant. Working out while your body gradually expands as baby grows can help you ease the discomfort that comes with pregnancy. Just as long as you stay away from vigorous exercises that will put you and your baby in harms way.
