• Plymouth Yarn Encore Worsted medium (worsted) weight acrylic/ wool yarn (31/2oz/200 yds/100g per skein): 15 skeins #146 winter white

• Size I/9/5.5mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge

• Tapestry needle

In pattern: 12 sts and 11 rows = 4 inches To save time, take time to check gauge.

PATTERN NOTES

Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Always skip half double crochet behind each front post stitch. Chain-2 at beginning of row counts as first half double crochet unless otherwise stated.

SPECIAL STITCH

Popcorn (pc): 5 dc in indicated st, drop lp from hook, reinsert hook in first dc of 5-dc group, pick up dropped lp and pull it through first dc.
