The New Normal For Education

We all know that the origin of wireless technology can be traced as far back as the 1980s and years of innovation later have introduced things like texting, browsing, and calling to the technological world. 5G takes the foundations that were laid down by 2G-3G4G and improve upon them. This is expected to give users faster, reliable, and better technology without any lags or delays. From the education perspective, 5G has a huge value proposition to offer.

The present pandemic has unleashed the new normal, part of which is a massive shift towards internet-enabled education. In fact, the world over, universities, colleges, and educational institutions are looking for new and innovative ways to provide their students with the best learning experience. Advancement in technology, especially the introduction of broadband technology, has made it easy for the tutor to not just connect with their students, but also made it easy for them to teach highly complex topics. This, despite a few technical issues, that still exists. Things like buffering, for example, can reduce the time tutors have with their students.

The use of 5G in education, the fifth generation of wireless networks, promises to be the catalyst for a new era of connected technologies. A new technological revolution will have three key areas: greater device capacity, greater network speed, and lower latency. This improvement in current networks will be crucial to drive the digital transformation and lead the society towards a new state of hyper-connectivity.
