Smartworks continues its growth plan amidst the global pandemic – signed up properties in different locations Times Square in Mumbai and Aurobindo Galaxy in Hyderabad, both over 2 lakh sq. ft.

It plans to continue expansion continue in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai and Del/NCR and aims at acquiring 6.6- 7 million sq.ft by December 2021.
The coworking brand is also signing new businesses pan-India across its nine locations. They signed over 5000 workspaces in January and February.
