Dave Ellis had a plan and that plan was to build a stunning VW T5, it looks like he pulled it off
Back in February of 2018 Dave began a thorough search for the right base van. All the while keeping a close eye on a very well-known auction site, where he came across this Volkswagen T5 panel van. It was a short wheel-base, two litre, 140 bhp, 2012 model; and although he was aware that it would need some work in order to bring it up to the standard and finish that you see here, Dave was sure that this could well be the one.
There were a lot of other interested parties willing to bid on this Transporter and with a few nice upgrades that had already been carried out, it is easy to understand why.
