Sometimes less is more. At least that’s what I try to convince my wife when we go out shopping for the day. In terms of the modified vehicle scene, generally, gone are the days of lairy paint jobs, massive spoilers, ASBO sound systems, and neon lights sticking out of every orifice. Though some of us enjoyed that style at the time, a much more popular look in today’s modified scene is OEM+ and I would say that’s exactly what owner Grant Gwyn has gone for here. For those that aren’t quite following, OEM+ is more the art of modifying your vehicle with subtle personal touches and tweaks but keeping it as close to how the factory intended as possible. Think clean lines and classy touches, over wild body kits and extras bolted on everywhere. Let’s be clear, this doesn’t mean it’s any less special, oh no. Just simply that the clean OEM look may surprise you in different ways as owner Grant and I will hopefully now explain.
