Pallikkutam October issue is focussed on importance of creating new instructional design and leadership in schools and colleges. Teachers are at the heart of the educational system despite all the technological disruptions and advent of online learning due to pandemic. India has always honoured teachers and given them due respect and that tradition continues in modern times. September 5 is celebrated as Teacher's Day when innovative teachers are honoured by the President of India.
