Pallikkutam September 2021 issue is focussed on the topic of providing quality education to the poor and have-nots in India and elsewhere. Indian Constitution has mandated free and compulsory education for children from age 6 to 14 and Right To Education Act (RTE 2009) has stipulated even the quality norms to be followed in schools and the need to set apart 25% of seats for economically weaker sections (EWS) of society.
