August is our birthday month and ‘The Lifestyle Journalist’ has been making untiring and sincere efforts to keep good lifestyle and fashion journalism alive! We thank the readers and people who have been tremendously supportive of this endeavour. We promise to bring the best of lifestyle content in the coming years as well. In the subsequent edition, we shall be carrying more on the new education reforms brought about by the Government of India, which after decades have arrived like a beacon of hope for the outdated educations system that was being followed! The editor’s letter will be incomplete without a mention to the Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. There is an uncanny mystery surrounding the death of the SSR and his untimely demise has broken a million hearts. Twitter is flooded with tweets and his fans have just not been able to get over the tragic end. But the public pressure is certainly heading in the direction of unravelling the mystery and the truth is bound to bring changes. Starting from Kangana Ranaut, the whistleblower in this case, to now senior advocates and Dr Subramanaium Swamy putting evidence on twitter showing why it doesn’t hint to a suicide and could possibly be a murder. TLJ subsequent editions will be carrying more on SSR and the ongoing developments. The cover interview on actor Zareen Khan, who got her first break opposite Salman Khan in the epic movie ‘Veer’, who defied the remarks about her being ‘average’ and ‘no expressions’ by media journals, and she has most certainly carved her niche with her determination and impeccable looks. Her journey is worth a read.
