From endless rows of cubicles and desks a decade ago, offices today have distributed workforces collaborating from across the globe. With all the digital tools that enable employees to work whenever and wherever, the push for adequate work-life balance will continue to be a dominant focus for many workers. The workplace of the future is already here! If you look at workplaces today, they are radically different from what they were a decade ago. Be it the ambience or the workplace culture, a lot has changed. They are now more inclusive and employee friendly. Technology is changing the way offices work. Interactive and activity-based environments are preferred in most workplaces today. We now have co-working spaces, virtual offices and business centers. A lot of effort is being taken by many companies to make their work places eco-friendly, sustainable and energy efficient as possible.
