Welcome to our Fall 2019 issue of Autostrada,
Looking back on the last few months we have seen several of our readers and partners at many of the automotive events in our community including our second Autostrada Charity Garage Tour. Two local collectors generously opened their garages to share their passion and vehicles in support of Starlight Children’s Foundation.
We encourage our friends to join us at Drive 4 Smiles on September 8th at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. This event gives seriously ill children the opportunity to go for rides around the track in their dream cars. It is an incredibly special event and we are proud to be involved with several of our friends and partners.
Our cover feature for this issue is world-renowned automotive designer and hypercar builder Horacio Pagani. We had the opportunity to meet Horacio and witness his passion and impeccable attention to detail first hand at the Pagani factory in Modena. Being able to share his life story and publish photos from his childhood and early career is an opportunity we are so grateful for. As automotive enthusiasts ourselves it has been amazing to watch his rise to an automotive icon.
As the weather slowly turns over the next few months we are looking forward to meeting more of the passionate owners, drivers and collectors in our community.
