Εγκρίσεις προγράμματος "Εξοικονόμηση Κατ΄Οίκον" με ωφελούμενους και από την Κεντρική Μακεδονία. Αποδεσμεύτηκαν κονδύλια ύψους 56 εκ. ευρώ με τα οποία καλύπτονται ανειλημμένες υποχρεώσεις για υπαγωγές εγκεκριμένων αιτήσεων, και επιπλέον δίνεται η δυνατότητα να συνεχιστεί η εφαρμογή του προγράμματος στις περιφέρειες Κεντρικής και Δυτικής Μακεδονίας.

Περί τις 800 αιτήσεις ανά βδομάδα υποβάλλονται στην Εθνική Τράπεζα για συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα "Εξοικονόμηση Κατ' Οίκον", δύο χρόνια από την καθιέρωσή του. Σύμφωνα με τη σχετική ανακοίνωση της τράπεζας, τα κίνητρα που παρέχονται είναι ιδιαίτερα ελκυστικά, με το ποσοστό επιχορήγησης να φτάνει στο 70% των επιλέξιμων δαπανών.

Μεγάλη ευκαιρία να ενισχυθούν έχουν μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις μέσω του νέου προγράμματος ΕΣΠΑ. Οι αιτήσεις ξεκίνησαν και μπορούν να ενισχυθούν 500 επαγγέλματα των κλάδων της μεταποίησης, του τουρισμού, του εμπορείου και των υπηρεσιών.

Όπως επισημαίνεται  σε σχετική έρευνα του φορέα EurOb-server 'ER, η ελληνική αγορά φωτοβολταϊκών διατηρεί τη δυναμική της, τη στιγμή που  Ιταλία, Ισπανία, Γαλλία,  Αυστρία και Τσεχία  καταγράφονται σημάδια συρρίκνωσης.

Τη σύσταση Επιτροπής ανακοίνωσε το ΥΠΕΚΑ, με έργο της, το συντονισμό προώθησης και υλοποίησης του εθνικού ενεργειακού προγράμματος αξιοποίησης του ηλιακού ενεργειακού δυναμικού με την ονομασία Πρόγραμμα "ΗΛΙΟΣ".

Μπορεί η Ελλάδα να άργησε να δραστηριοποιηθεί ενεργά στην αξιοποίηση των Ανανεώσιμων Πηγών Ενέργειας, έχει συνειδητοποιήσει σε πολιτικό, επιχειρηματικό και κοινωνικό επίπεδο ότι η πράσινη ανάπτυξη αποτελεί ίσως το σημαντικότερο αναπτυξιακό μοντέλο.

Με στόχο την εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας, παρουσιάστηκε το Πρόγραμμα «Χτίζοντας το Μέλλον», που θα διαρκέσει μέχρι το 2020. Στο διάστημα αυτό θα πραγματοποιηθούν 3.100.000 ενεργειακές παρεμβάσεις σε κτίρια.
