Garlicky dough balls

Let everyone get stuck in with this fluffy, cheesy, tear-and-share side.

SERVES 4

PREP 15 mins, plus rising

COOK 25 mins

*400g ready-to-roll pizza dough

*100g mozzarella, cut into 1cm cubes

*100g unsalted butter

*2 garlic cloves, crushed

*1tbsp each finely chopped parsley, basil and rosemary

*Chilli flakes (optional)

YOU WILL NEED

*22cm ovenproof frying pan or baking dish, lined with baking paper

1 Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each piece into a smooth ball and push a cube of mozzarella into the centre of each. Pinch the dough to seal in the cheese and arrange, seal side down, in the lined dish.

2 Cover with a clean, damp tea towel and set aside in a warm place for 30 mins or until puffed up.

3 Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small pan. Add the garlic, herbs and a good pinch of salt, and set aside. Heat the oven to 200C Fan/Gas 7.
