Every rider is unique with their own preference, style and reasons to ride. So why not have a bike that's just as individual? This was the original motivation behind the launch of Trek's Project One way back in 2001.
Project One aims to provide cyclists with a ride like no other. A bespoke experience with the option to choose the bike, colour scheme and build. It is, says Trek, the ultimate customisable experience, and a springboard for your imagination.
01. How does it work?
There are four stages when buying a Project One bike. First, choose the machine. Roadies can select from Trek's premium models: Madone, Domane, Émonda, Silque or the Speed Concept. For fans of gravel riding, there's the Checkpoint SLR.
Next, select the design. Project One offers the option of curated patterns or colours hand-picked by Trek's in-house artists (Designer series), premium paint schemes (ICON series), or the pinnacle of design experience: Project One's Ultimate series.
