A LEADING HR specialist is targeting 30 per cent growth - as it looks to mark its tenth year in business.

Innov8 Human Resources is looking to capitalise on its landmark birthday with a 'significant' recruitment push and the delivery of new services.

Formed by Rochelle Murinas in 2016, the company has also just finalised its rebrand to DJH People & HR, following an acquisition that saw it become part of accountancy and professional services group DJH last year.

The partnership has already delivered numerous synergies with existing clients able to tap into specialist expertise across tax, audit, payroll, alongside the full suite of human resource support.
