MARK Robins is convinced that Stoke City's squad will emerge stronger in the long term for having been through the injury crisis that has rocked their season.

Stoke are expecting four players back on Monday from a cohort of key men that have been missing for much of the last two months.

At the same time, Stoke who are in action away to table-topping Coventry today (3pm) - have lost momentum in their push for the playoffs.

Robins insists he isn't thinking beyond this afternoon but he wants to build up rhythm in the final 12 games this term and be sure they can benefit from the challenges of recent weeks.
