ICONIC Stoke-on-Trent ceramics brand Spode has unveiled a new backstamp that will help showcase the city's name to the world.
Spode, owned by city-based pottery giant Portmeirion, has launched its 'Made in Stoke-on-Trent' backstamp and refreshed logo in time for the city's centenary celebrations.
The 1770 in the new logo and backstamp is a reference to the year Spode was founded. It's being launched on a limited-edition mug in Spode's best-selling Blue Italian range this month and will appear on key products during the second half of the year.
