Travel experience should be same for everyone

THIS is an unusually busy week for me. I either have been, or am going to be, in London, Stafford, Cardiff, London, Harrogate, London, Cambridge and the Borders.

That is over six days and, as usual, I am doing it by train, which takes away some of the stress.

So far I have not been left on a train or been delayed, which is quite good.

Making one of the changes earlier in the week, I was chatting to the person giving me assistance, and he was asking about where I was going and I told him.

I explained that I did a lot of travelling and he said in a very nice way “yes we know who you are”.

I am never sure whether that is a good or bad thing, but definitely the tone in which it is said makes a difference.

At one London station I am (I will say affectionately) known as “the person who tweets”.
