Rosell set to file motion on Ombudsman's ruling

Former Cebu City administrator Collin Rosell said he will file a motion for reconsideration on the anti-graft body's dismissal of the complaints he filed against Cebu City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia.

In an interview with reporters yesterday, Rosell said he hasn't received a copy of the dismissal order issued by the Office of the Ombudsman for the Visayas.

"Pero sa ako ng gikasulti, ang tanan nga kaso pwede siya lahi nga resulta, pero naa say motion for reconsideration," said Rosell.

He said he is ready to solidify his complaint. Since former mayor Michael Rama, with whom his employment was coterminous, has already been dismissed, Rosell said he will demand proof of the implementation and service of this decision from the Ombudsman.

He added that he was not one of the respondents in the cases filed against Rama, and thus, he is not privy to the decisions made regarding the former mayor.
