Archival ramps up effort to solve infra challenges at SRP

Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival is ramping up efforts to resolve longstanding infrastructure challenges at the South Road Properties (SRP) by holding a followup meeting recently with active locators at the SRP Tower.

The meeting built on their first dialogue earlier this month, signaling a shift from stalled proposals to coordinated action.

During the initial meeting, Archival told SRP locators to outline pressing issues affecting mobility, urban development, and disaster resilience in the area.

Participants flagged road congestion, inadequate access points, and unreliable public transportation as recurring obstacles, noting these concerns had circulated since before the 2022 elections but had seen little resolution.
