South Wales Echo
|February 19, 2026
THE Welsh Rugby Union has confirmed that Belinda Moore will leave her role as the union's Head of Women's and Girls Rugby next month.
-
Moore (pictured below) was appointed to the newly-created role in January last year, with her tenure initially set to run until the conclusion of the 2025 Women's Rugby World Cup before being extended until the end of Wales' Women's Six Nations campaign. It has now been confirmed that she will complete her role and depart the union at the end of March.
The former CEO of Premiership Women's Rugby, Moore has now been appointed to a new role with the England and Wales Cricket Board as The Hundred's Growth Director.
