Average house price rises 3.2%

THE average price of a house in Wales rose by 3.2% to £213,894 last year, according to an index.
-
That rate of growth outperformed Scotland's (up 1.9% to £190,649) and every region of England with the exception of northwest England (up 3.5% to £225,665).
However, the figure lagged significantly behind the growth seen in Northern Ireland (up 9.7% to £216,919).
