WELL GO FOR OSONG

MOTHERWELL have completed the signing of forward Esapa Osong from Nottingham Forest on a season-long loan.

The 20-year-old, left, spent last season on loan with both Rotherham and Cambridge in League One, making 12 appearances in total and scoring one goal.

Osong has made one brief appearance for Forest, in a Carabao Cup semifinal at Old Trafford two-and-a-half-years ago.

He could make his debut in today’s Premier Sports Cup clash against St Johnstone in Perth.

“This is an incredible opportunity for me,” he said. “I’m eager to demonstrate my abilities.
