BACK in the mists of time in the year 2006 - Pluto was downgraded to a dwarf planet, Google bought YouTube, Gnarls Barkley’s Crazy reigned over the music charts and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion was released to critical and commercial success.
While it may not have achieved quite the same level of ubiquity as its successor Skyrim, Oblivion has remained a firm favourite among RPG fans, even after all these years.
Lucky for them, it just got a semi-surprise (thanks to plenty of leaks) remaster.
If you're not familiar with Bethesda’s fantasy RPG series, Oblivion is an open world adventure where your choices and actions define the world around you and the character you create.
