DRESSING up for Halloween is a classic tradition, embraced by kids and adults alike.
However, trying to come up with a witty costume can be a bit of a head wreck, as well as factoring in the time and effort involved in sourcing or making a costume that stands out.
Some of the best Halloween costumes end up being the ones pulled together in the final hour, cobbled from our own wardrobes without stepping foot into town to pick up wigs, fake blood or face paints.
Here are a few last minute ideas for costumes that can probably be conjured into existence using bits around the house.
The Traitors Ireland
The hit RTE show kept audiences captivated earlier this year, as the Irish edition of the series kicked off to much acclaim. One aspect of the show that received plenty of attention was the wardrobe, with host Siobhan McSweeney donning a series of elaborate outfits and luxurious cloaks. Her looks reflected the cloaks of the Traitors themselves, which were hooded and made from green velvet.
