A midsummer afternoon of music, song and dance saw more than 100 people take to the floor at Locharbriggs Community Centre last Sunday.
And the well-supported gathering raised £650 towards funds for the popular community centre in Dumfries.
Community centre chairman and Locharbriggs resident John Caskie compered the event, singing a variety of songs and providing a few jokes during the afternoon
John said: "The music was in the capable hands of The McRobert Brothers (William and Ian) augmented by George Meikle on accordion.
