Action taken to avoid a repeat of false starts

THE BHA is examining what can be done to avoid a repeat of the false starts which disrupted the Cheltenham Festival at the Grand National meeting at Aintree.

As many as 10 riders received suspensions for misconduct at the start after several races failed to go off satisfactorily at the first attempt last week.
