Boss Unai is out to brush all of his Cup rivals aside

The Spaniard is reminded of the club's achievements every time he walks into his office at Bodymoor Heath.

The club's honours are listed on a wall that runs from top to bottom, and Emery wants to change the decor.

Villa's seven FA Cup victories are listed in claret stencil on a whitewashed wall and Emery wants to upgrade that.

Ahead of today's quarter-final trip to Preston, he said: "Five or six years ago, the supporters were at Wembley when Villa were playing to be promoted to the Premier League. Now, it's different.

Now, we want to be there playing in a semi-final it's a very good opportunity for us.

"It's the way to win a trophy. It's a way to get into Europe and, of course, it's prestige for the club.

"I like it in our entrance hall at the training ground, where you can see the FA Cups and the titles the club has won.
