Time to get set for risk and reward

And Martin will immediately try to implement his own, distinct style of football at Rangers.

It’s a possession-based approach, with high pressing from the front and building from the back.

Naismith, who was a team-mate of Martin's at Norwich City and with Scotland, knows how detailed Martin's philosophy is.

And he’s warned Rangers’ defenders that they should be ready for a high-risk, high-reward strategy at the back.
